iwow is pleased to announce the successful completion of a Process Mining Proof-of-Value (POV) project with Consilium Safety, a leading provider of safety and security solutions.
Process Mining is a method for revealing inefficiencies and uncovering hidden opportunities within targeted processes. Consilium Safety Group sought to explore the potential value that Process Mining could deliver to their business.
Leveraging iwow’s phased approach for data projects and QPR’s cutting-edge Process Mining technology, the project provided Consilium Safety with unprecedented visibility into their Order-to-Delivery process, enabling them to identify optimization opportunities.

The project utilized iwow’s structured methodology, LEAP (Learn, Explore, Apply, Perfect), guiding the team through each phase of the POV.
