CHALLENGE

iwow was tasked with developing a scalable Mendix application for a construction data company. The core challenge was to create a global-ready platform starting with the Nordics, while integrating with legacy systems. The integration required connecting company data, contact information, tasks, existing users, and implementing SSO login.

Additionally, the application had to support complex workflows and large data structures, including a detailed project form, while maintaining performance and usability. Another key challenge was the limited detail in the initial requirements, requiring ongoing collaboration with UX/UI designer and subject matter expert to clarify how the system should function and align with existing processes.
