iwow led the implementation of a Marketing PIM (Product Information Management) solution to enable local optimization of global master data across multiple marketing and sales channels.

CHALLENGE
The new PIM solution was a prerequisite for the client’s new Customer Portal initiative, which had a highly critical timeline. The existing AS-IS environment consisted of non-scalable, non-standardized hard-coded integrations and was heavily reliant on specific individuals.
ASSIGNMENT
End-to-End project management encompassing:
- System implementation, configuration, and integrations of Stibo STEP PIM solution
- Establishment of new processes and workflows to streamline business operations across 40 markets
- Support for numerous users to ensure seamless adaptation and operation

RESULT
The project was delivered on time, within budget, and with successful results, including:
- A new PIM portal integrated with other systems, consuming channels, and solutions
- Updated and streamlined product structures
- New workflows for product updates, reducing reliance on specific individuals
- Clear roles and responsibilities for effective data management
- User-friendly features, including multi-product editing, translation tools, and automatic syncing and publishing of product data
- Comprehensive user training to ensure the effective adoption and use of the new PIM portal
